DIR EN GREY are a visual kei band from osaka, japan, visual kei is a style not really a music genre just watch one of there videos and you will see what i mean, some of there videos are known to be quite disturbing. the band started in 1997 with four members of a previous band called la:sadies the four original members are Kyo, Kaoru, Die and Shinya they then recruited new bassist toshiya. the band have quite a few EP's and albums they have 6 albums and 2 eps, recently they have started to tour in the UK with great success after 2 back to back sell out shows in London. personally my favourite album is Vulgar it has the song obscure on it which i highly reccommend a few other good songs are Saku, The Final and GRIEF. i've posted 2 albums in the downloads section those are Withering to Death and Marrow of a bone i have them all thoughmight upload more later. i will post a few videos up of there songs so u can judge for yourself.
